陈 迎

    陈迎，女，1969年4月出生于北京。1987-1997年在清华大学化学工程系学习，获工学学士、硕士和博士学位。现任www.kbl6666.com社科院城市发展与环境研究所可持续发展经济学研究室研究员，www.kbl6666.com社会科学院可持续发展研究中心副主任，www.kbl6666.com社会科学院研究生院教授、博士生导师，2013年至今任www.kbl6666.com社科院AG金佰利创新工程项目的首席研究员。政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)第五、第六次评估报告第三工作组主要作者，未来地球计划www.kbl6666.com委员会副主席，www.kbl6666.com气象学会气候变化与低碳发展委员会副主任委员，www.kbl6666.com环境学会环境经济分会副主任委员。

    陈迎多年致力于环境经济与可持续发展，能源与气候政策、国际气候治理等方向研究工作，承担过多项国家级、省部级和国际合作的重要研究课题，发表合著3部，论文、文章等各类研究成果100余篇。主要成果：《www.kbl6666.com外贸进出口商品中的内涵能源及其政策含义》（陈迎，潘家华，谢来辉，《经济研究》 2008年第 7期）， 2010年获得第 2届浦山世界经济学优秀论文奖。《碳预算：一个公平和可持续国际气候制度框架》（潘家华，陈迎，《www.kbl6666.com社会科学》 2009年第 5期）， 2010年获得第 14届孙冶方经济科学奖， 2014年获得第 8届www.kbl6666.com社科院优秀科研成果二等奖；专著《国际气候制度与www.kbl6666.com》（庄贵阳，陈迎），2011年获第7届www.kbl6666.com社科院优秀科研成果二等奖。

    Dr Ying Chen, female, was born in Beijing inApril 1969. She graduated from Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University and received a doctorate in engineering.  She is a Senior Research Fellow at Institute of Urban and Environmental Studies (IUE), Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), Deputy Director of CASS Research Center for Sustainable Development (RCSD) and Professor at CASS Graduate School. Since 2013, she has beena Chief Researcher Fellow for Innovative Program in IUE, CASS.She worked as a Lead Authorfor Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) the Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) and AR6. She is a vice Chairman of Chinese National Committee for Future Earth (CNC-FE), vice Director of Environmental Economics Branch of Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, vice Director of Climate Change and Low Carbon Development Committee of Chinese Meteorological Society.

    She graduated from Tsinghua University in 1997 to get her Ph. D. Since then, she joined CASS and engaged in the field of environmental economics and sustainable development, energy and climate change policy as well as international climate regime etc. She published 3 books (as co-author), over 100 papers in academic books and journals, as well as an amount of reports, analysis and articles. Some of them were awarded for outstanding achievements in scientific research of CASS in 2002, 2011 and 2014. Her paper “China’s Energy Embodied in Goods for International Trade and Its Policy Implications” (co-authored by Jiahua Pan and LaihuiXie, Economic Research Journal, No.7, 2008) won Pushan Award for Excellent Paper on International Economics (2010). Another paper “Carbon Budget Proposal: A Framework for an Equitable and Sustainable International Climate Regime” (co-authored by Jiahua Pan, Social Sciences in China, No.5, 2009) won Sun Yefang Award for Excellent Paper on Economics.
